Childbirth Natures way is a 6 week ante Natal Course with a difference.
It focusses on helping you to realize how awesome your body is and of how it was designed to give to birth to your baby without the aid of medication.(though we do realise sometimes a little help is needed)
There is lots of relationship building and activities , which give you tools to support ypur during your labour and birth.
As well as all this there are 2 weeks on preparing to feed and nurish your baby and becoming new parents.
